This is a tongue firmly in cheek parody of Cyberpunk 2077's Night City, and poking some gentle fun at my beloved home city. (I love Dublin City. It's where I came from, where I live, and where I grew up. It's also why I can joke about it :-P ) 
 
Dublin has some of the most bonkers seagulls I have ever encountered, and I wanted to riff on that with a cyber-psycho seagull with augmentations in the corner, as well as referencing Dublin's towering piece of public sculpture, the Spire, in the logo.It's holographic, shiny, and not meant to be taken seriously.
